DANIEL PANCOTTI
Dan joined his cousin Maria Modica-Snow in 2013 to form the law firm of MODICA-SNOW & PANCOTTI, P.C. Prior to that, he worked for 10 years in New York City at the national law firm of Sonnenschein, Nath & Rosenthal, LLP (n/k/a Dentons) and the real estate law firm of Rosenberg & Estis, P.C., where he represented some of Manhattan’s largest real estate companies and developers.
Dan graduated from the University of Maryland, cum laude, in 2000 and from Brooklyn Law School, magna cum laude, in 2003, where he was a member of the Journal of Law and Policy. Upon graduation from law school, Dan spent one year clerking for Magistrate Judge Pitman in the Southern District of New York. Dan is admitted to practice in New York.

JESSICA ALFRED
Jessica is a paralegal and is involved in all aspects of the practice, and is especially well versed in residential real estate closings. Prior to becoming a paralegal, Jessica worked as a New York State licensed real estate salesperson. Jessica graduated from SUNY Empire State College with a B.S. in small business administration/management.

MARIA MODICA-SNOW
Maria practiced law for over 30 years in the areas of trusts and estate and real estate and retired from the practice of law in 2017. She previously was an adjunct professor at Pace Law School, where she taught Legal Writing and Research. She also served as both a Village Trustee and member of the Planning Board for the Village of Croton-on-Hudson. Maria graduated from Wagner College in 1971 and Pace Law School, cum laude, in 1981, where she was a member of the Pace Law Review.
